Returns policy

 

We very much hope you are pleased with your print. If the goods arrive and are damaged or faulty please inform us within 2 Days and we will arrange a replacement print to be sent to you.

 

Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Act you are entitled to a full refund, provided the item is returned within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please make sure you return the item in its original condition and packaging, stating the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Please retain your proof of posting certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charges and returned postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.
